Dirty Brown Rice with Shrimp

We really enjoyed this lightened up version of Dirty Rice - especially the addition of shrimp!  You can find the recipe HERE at Skinny Taste.  I served it along side of a fruit salad consisting of mandarin oranges, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple tidbits.  What a great spring meal!  Enjoy!
